          Key Responsibilities of TACI Global Representatives

          TACI’s Global Representatives are entrusted with supporting the organization’s international objectives and promoting its services, programs, and initiatives within their respective markets. Their principal responsibilities include:

          • Promoting and marketing TACI’s services, programs, and products, as well as those of its affiliated entities, through international, national, regional, and local exhibitions, festivals, trade fairs, and industry events in their respective countries of operation.
          • Presenting and facilitating access to TACI’s services and products for prospective clients and partners in accordance with the organization’s mandate, policies, regulations, and operational guidelines.
          • Identifying and introducing investment opportunities developed or endorsed by TACI to international investors and potential strategic partners.
          • Promoting travel to Iran through advertising, public relations, media outreach, and destination marketing activities; introducing a variety of travel packages and tourism experiences; and cooperating with local travel partners and tour operators to attract and facilitate both group and individual travel to Iran through TACI.
          • Supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of TACI’s international activities and events, including conferences, seminars, cultural weeks, tourism events, festivals, exhibitions, and related programs aimed at promoting TACI’s services, attracting international visitors, and showcasing Iranian handicrafts and cultural products.
          • Assisting in the organization and facilitation of international rallies, cross-border motoring events, and overland travel programs involving private vehicles to and from Iran, while coordinating the provision of related services, including roadside assistance and other support services, in accordance with international regulations and TACI’s objectives.
          • Facilitating the transfer of knowledge, successful experiences, and innovative practices in the fields of tourism and motoring from the host country to TACI through professional exchanges, joint initiatives, and the coordination of expert missions, consultants, and technical cooperation programs.
          • Providing support and services to TACI members and individuals officially referred by TACI within the country of operation.
          • Securing, on behalf of and in coordination with TACI, representation rights, partnerships, or service agreements with reputable companies and institutions in the host country for implementation and utilization in Iran, including services such as international motor insurance, vehicle rental programs, and other related offerings.
          • Contributing to the development of content for the country-specific sections of Iran’s comprehensive tourism portal, www.visitiran.ir, through market research, information gathering, audience analysis, and the identification of travel preferences, motivations, and consumer trends within the host country, while actively promoting the portal among relevant audiences and tourism stakeholders.
          • Undertaking any other activities directly or indirectly related to TACI’s objectives, programs, and areas of responsibility, subject to the approval and coordination of TACI’s Secretariat for Global Representatives.
